AFI is a full-service sales Company in the tomato and Agro-Food ingredients industry. Our sales services range from sampling, quoting, contract negotiation, order entry, and customer service follow-up.
AFI is also a food ingredients brokerage company. We sell food ingredients to food processors and manufacturers. Our ingredient sales are based on a negotiated rate of commission with each supplier, including a retainer fee for new suppliers.
The consulting services are based on a per diem rate, and are negotiated as well.

AFI Brokerage operates three different divisions, our Industrial Food Sales division, our Food Service Sales division and our Chain Accounts division. Our Industrial Food Sales division supplies ingredients to food manufacturers and re-sellers. Our Food Service Sales division supplies ingredients and food items to independent restaurant operators and their food service distributors. Our Chain Accounts division supplies ingredients to multi-unit operators and their food service distributors.

To the majority of our customers we supply ingredients from many principals. Many of our principals take advantage of our Parma – Italy facility to store and ship products. Our customers appreciate this benefit because it allows them local stock of merchandise and they can reduce their freight by picking up numerous ingredients from a single source.

AFI is a consultant for, and supplier to the food industry focusing on processed tomato and Agro-Food products in bulk packaging. We represent a variety of different manufacturers globally.
